Tammy is the President and CEO of Aging2.0 and CEOc (Louisville Healthcare CEO Council). Tammy has deep healthcare experience across multiple business units including compliance, strategy, underwriting, operations, marketing and philanthropy. Tammy holds a Global MBA in Finance and Economics from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.

Kendrick is the Vice President of Operations of Aging2.0 and CEOC. She oversees the company’s day to day operations, including financials, office management, vendor relations, grant admin and HR. Additionally, she is involved in the planning for CEOC and Aging2.0 events throughout the year.

Caitlin is the Director of Marketing and Communications of Aging2.0 and CEOc. With an extensive public relations background, Caitlin worked in a variety of sectors including nonprofit, higher education, economic development and entertainment before joining the team.

Will is the Executive Vice President of Innovation and Compliance at Aging2.0 and CEOc. In a dual role, he serves as the Associate Vice President of Research and Innovation at the University of Louisville. Will is a Professor in the Brandeis School of Law where he is the Director of the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic. Will has been the principal investigator on more than $5M in awards and was a leader of the 2021 award from the Minority Business Development Administration (MBDA) to UofL for the Kentucky MBDA Advanced Manufacturing Center.
